Cancel your account

The quickest way to cancel your membership and stop future payments is to visit app.surecredit.co.uk/cancel-request. You will need to enter the email associated with your account and your date of birth.

Alternatively, you can cancel within your online member's area or by contacting our customer service team via email at [email protected] . Please allow 2 working days for email responses.

Forgot your username or password?

Username recovery: your username is the email address you used to sign up.

Password Recovery: your initial password was sent in our welcome email, search for "Surecredit" in your email inbox. If you're having trouble locating it or need to reset it, you can recover your password here.
